Purnima is a Managing Director at Coutts & Co (Part of NatWest Banking Group) where she is Head of Data Platforms. Her previous roles include being Director of Strategy for Russell Investments and being a Manager at McKinsey & Company. Purnima is passionate about broadening leadership impact in the Not-For-Profit sector, and driving data driven insights and decision making more broadly. She is also an advocate of gender diversity in leadership development as well as being active in the philanthropy sector and charitable giving.
Will has over 30 years of experience in branded customer facing service businesses, with expertise in transformational change, digitisation and multi-site businesses. He is the CEO of Caffe Nero and non-executive Chair of Iduna, an EV charging business owned by Octopus Energy. He has previously held senior roles at Southern and Scottish Energy, InterContinental Hotels Group, British Airways and the Walt Disney Company.
Christopher Boyle KC is a barrister specialising in Town & Country Planning and Environmental Law. He was Chairman of The Georgian Group from 2015 to 2021 and is a former Trustee of The King’s Foundation and a former Council member of the National Trust. He lives in London and north Cumberland.
Samantha Knights is a Senior Architect specialising in the conservation and design of heritage and cultural buildings. She has worked on a range of sensitive and complex sites, guided by a deep commitment to heritage- and culture-led design and the protection of places that matter to communities. Outside of architecture, Samantha contributes her expertise as a member of the Manchester City Council Heritage Panel. She is passionate about championing the historic environment and believes in the power of heritage and culture to connect people, inspire, and enrich everyday life.
Mitch Barltrop is a partner at a global consulting firm and is an adviser to boards, founders and senior executives. He specialises in helping organisations manage corporate and regulatory change. Mitch has prior experience with the United Nations. He has an MBA from Cass Business School and is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, specialising in industrial heritage.
